To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, megavip99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the megavip99 platform, including but not limited to:

Upon termination of your account for cause, megavip99 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any pending bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your megavip99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
